A Brief history...

Data Strategies Consulting Limited has been supporting clients with analytical, strategic and managerial services since 2014.

 

David Pattison launched the company after gaining 20 years relevant experience within the home shopping and financial services sectors.

​

Starting out as a predictive data modeller, David has built up analytical, technical and strategic knowledge that’s been applied across the full spectrum of the customer lifecycle from acquisition and value growth to loyalty, retention and win-back.

 

David has led several analytical and strategic teams at a senior level for global companies working with customers across Europe and America and driven key transformational projects to support customer-centric strategies.

Sarah Cameron

Customers are the beating heart of any business. Stepping into their shoes, understanding their needs and caring about their end to end journey, whilst delivering smart ROI, is the key to long term business success

In 2019 Data Strategies Consulting joined forces with Sarah Cameron Consulting Ltd. to bolster its customer experience knowledge and channel support network.

 

A pharmacist by profession, Sarah has 25 years experience in designing CX journeys, leadership, change management and writing sales and service models.

​

She is an expert in unifying CX across channels and has worked in multiple sectors including healthcare & pharmacy, beauty, retail, brands and TELCOS.

​

Sarah has written customer engagement articles for business publications such as Retail Week, spoken at multiple leadership conferences and webinars and is an expert in online guided selling, winning digital CX awards with key brands such as LEGO and the Phone Co-op.

Our aim is to bring a fresh perspective to customer experience and analytics.
